This announcement is meant for the Program Managers of various Knowledge Partners. Quampus product team is pleased to announce an updated version of Rule Based Assessments. In the previous version, only one rule could be used to fetch random questions from the Assessment Question Bank. The new feature will allow multiple rules to be set up, each rule fetching the specified number of Assessment Questions. Use the new 'Add' button provided in the 'Sections' page of the 'Rule Based' question papers under 'Assessment Question Papers' menu for the 'Subject'. Edited by user 16 February 2015 11:31:11(UTC)

Many admin users have asked us to post step by step process for using this feature. Here are the steps:
1. Sign In and access 'Program Management' through 'Admin' menu or from 'Home' page. 2. Click 'Subject', select a subject and click 'Assessment Question Papers'. 3. Select the tab marked 'Rule Based'. 4. Click 'Add' to make a new Question Paper. Input heading, instructions and Tags and click 'Add'. 5. In next page, you can decide to go ahead with creating rules to fetch questions or create new sections within the Question Paper each of which will contain rules to fetch questions from the bank. 6. You can add new rules by using the 'Add' button below the rules already input.
When you have multiple rules, each rule fetches a specific number of questions as per the conditions specified. In many test-prep situations, this comes very handy.
