Dear Saket,
I need help on below question and suggested answer. As per Pmbok page 41, phase end review can be termed as milestone review. however, there is no such word as phase exit (As per pmbok, This point (phase end) may be referred to as stage gate, milestone, phase review, phase gate or kill point).
